TET (introduction to working life)

Työn Taitajat encourages companies, its partners, and various departments within the City of Oulu to register their TET (introduction to working life) opportunities on the nationwide TET.fi platform run by the Children and Youth Foundation. This service provides employers with support materials to facilitate the implementation TET. Employers can choose the timing of the placements they offer. Through the platform, young people can apply for TET opportunities across different fields on an equal footing. Students can explore placements that interest them on TET.fi independently or with the help of their guidance counselor. Työn Taitajat also participates by offering TET opportunities within BusinessOulu and the City of Oulu’s Educational and Cultural Services.
