In Northern Finland’s top community, members learn from other e-commerce entrepreneurs. Peer learning opens new perspectives and provides practical tips drawn directly from the experiences of other entrepreneurs. Over 50 companies or business ideas are already participating in the e-commerce clubs.

The companies have been divided into four different clubs based on the participants’ growth goals and expertise.

• 1. MILLIklubi is designed for online stores with annual revenue exceeding €1 million that are looking to grow.
  2. TAHTO-klubi brings together the most active and growth-oriented e-commerce merchants who are eager to learn from industry veterans.
  3. HALU-klubi connects a number of part-time entrepreneurs, as well as companies still in the early stages of their online business or looking to grow despite limited resources.
  4. At IDEA-klubi, we brainstorm ideas for the future and turn those ideas into concepts and business opportunities.

Oulu Business School

With approximately 1,400 students and 110 staff members, Oulu Business School offers a unique and international environment. We educate future experts to meet the needs of businesses in the fields of international business management, accounting, business analytics, marketing, finance, and economics. Through our research and education, we strive for a more sustainable, smarter, and more humane society.

  Would you like to invite a group of students to tour your company’s facilities and learn about its operations? The number of participants can be limited if necessary. A guest lecture by an expert related to a specific course topic, where a representative from the organisation shares their organisation’s perspective on the topic being discussed.
• Target company in course modules
  A presentation of business operations or the development of business ideas with the help of students, related to, for example, corporate branding, product strategy decisions, or business analysis.
• Thesis projects for companies
  A student completes a thesis related to the company’s business operations.
• Corporate Project Course
• Internship
  A student complete a work placement at a company as part of their bachelor’s and/or master’s degree studies. As part of the course, students carry out targeted business development projects lasting approximately two months for companies.

Oamk RDI operations will support your business development and growth!

Collaboration with the university of applied sciences on RDI projects offers companies a cost-effective opportunity to receive support for business development, as well as for testing and evaluating products, services, or product ideas.
