The overall objective of TalentNorth is to co-design, pilot, and establish a new, improved, joint cross-border collaboration to attract people to go North for a greener, better future. We are building an Arctic cross-border model and cooperation for talent attraction and retainment by systematically diagnosing needs, piloting and innovating solutions, and embedding proven tools into long-term educational and training strategies, lifelong learning offers and marketing campaigns. The project entails collaborative efforts to build coordination around keeping talents in the North through improved capacities and knowledge of practitioners in the field.

The aim is to permanently establish our collaboration in a joint model for better practices and services in the field of attraction, welcome, integration, and retention of global talent to the Arctic.
