City of Oulu, Bothnian Arc association and Council of Oulu Region are organizing European North Transport Forum in Oulu on 21.-22.9.2023.
European North Transport Forum will conclude the interactive co-operation process carried out in Finnish-Swedish co-operation in the Bothnian Arc in 2022-2023. As a result of the process a joint vision and goals for a transport system for the Bothnian Arc has been completed. To ensure continuous dialogue also in the future, we aim to to launch a Finnish-Swedish cross-border transport forum. We are stronger when we work together.
European North Transport Forum will also focus on the above-mentioned aspects. For us it is important to hear the perspectives of decision-makers and experts from both Finland and Sweden in the forum. European North Transport Forum will gather together decision-makers, transport system experts, regional stakeholders and representatives from business sector from both Finland and Sweden.
