Ginolis delivers a production solution for Point-of-Care Cardiac tests

Ginolis Oy toimittaa neljä uutta pikadiagnostiikan tuotatantolinjaa ruotsalaiselle Fiomi Diagnostic AB:lle, joka on osa kansainvälistä Trinity Biotech PLC:tä. Toimitus sisältää täysin automaattiset testikasettien valmistamisessa tarvittavat nesteannostelu- ja käsittelyjärjestelmät. Linjat toimitetaan Fiomille syksyn 2014 ja kevään 2015 aikana.

Moscow Challenges / Moscow looks for the innovative urban solutions

The City of Moscow is starting to use new tools in order to assist in finding and introducing advanced innovative solutions to pressing problems: open international requests. The program is implemented by the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship in Moscow and the Center for Innovative Development of Moscow and they invite companies to participate in it by providing their proposals and technological solutions towards existing list of “challenges”.

Mediracer has released a measuring device for monitoring nervous system symptoms in diabetics

Oulu-based company Mediracer has released a measuring device to monitor the progress of degenerative nerve disease which commonly causes pain, loss of sensation and muscle dysfunction in diabetics. According to an American estimate, diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN), occurs in up to around 60-70 per cent of diabetics. It especially affects those suffering with type 2 diabetes, totalling hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
