The Latvian airline airBaltic will continue with direct flights from Oulu to Stockholm in the autumn and winter. AirBaltic Commercial Director Tero Taskila says that the Oulu-Stockholm route that started over a month ago, has proved to be profitable.

AirBaltic flies to Stockholm five days a week. The airline also flies from Oulu to Riga, Turku and Tallinn.

Negotiations with the election of Oulu to be airBaltic hub in Finland will continue with the management of the Oulu city in late August. airBaltic makes the decision in the end of October.
