Sievi-based Scanfil plc has made an investment in new industrial branch by acquiring 40 percent of Panphonics Oy. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Panphonics manufactures patented directional audio solutions for acoustically demanding applications. Panphonics’ directional audio speakers can be found in banks, retail stores, digital signage projects, museums, information kiosks, service stations, theatres, and offices throughout the world.
