Global Oulu

The Global Oulu project objective is to aid companies in the Oulu region to internationalize as part of their business strategy. Global Oulu is an ERDF project managed by BusinessOulu and is partly funded by the Council of Oulu Region. The project is valid from July 1st 2011 till December 31st 2013.

 The project target is to help small and medium size companies to internationalize by supporting their international events. The events can be exhibitions, conferences, seminars, B2B meetings, visits to industry incubators, matchmaking, Discover Oulu presentations and as well investigating in new countries for market entry.

The Global Oulu project main sectors are BusinessOulu key sectors and all over the world. The Global Oulu project will support SME companies 50 % with their traveling cost, hotel payments, and payments concerning event arrangements.
