Enhancing the work of the Board of Directors improves small and medium-sized enterprises' possibilities to grow and prosper. The Board of Directors plays a key role in company development, and it must possess business management competence, strategic vision and the ability to steer the company through different phases of growth. Efficient Board work is particularly important for managing the company's growth, finding funding, building co-operation networks, increasing international activities, developing personnel and other such vital activities.
