Centre of Expertise Programme (OSKE)

The Centre of Expertise Programme (OSKE) creates prerequisites for diverse innovation combining high-class research with technology, design and business expertise. The OSKE programme is a tool of regional innovation with pre-defined operating models and networks spanning the national and international markets. Arctic Gateway is an international marketing programme targeted at selected European regions  with excellent flight connections.

We take companies to international events and support their entry into growth markets, particularly in North America and Japan.

DRAIVI Primus – connecting companies and educational institutions

We enhance companies' possibilities to meet and hire young professionals educated in the area. At the same time, we reinforce the young professionals' knowledge of the world of work and support their employment.

The project target is to help small companies to internationalize by supporting their international events.

International sales promotion

The International sales promotion (ISP) project aims at recognising and landing new customers for ICT companies operating in the Oulu region in a short amount of time in order to find employment for the labour resources that are about to be released and keep these professionals in the region..
